Hello world! Had my first media lesson with Mrs. Mann, great start to the media year and am really excited about the upcoming lessons and what I'll be learning. We discussed what we would experience throughout the year and talked about how to make a blog. We skimmed through our textbooks and we talked about advertising in media. This then led us to watch a unique ad on youtube.

The ad that we watched was a coca-cola/James Bond add that we then analysed and commented on. The ad was to show off the new Coke zero which apparently wasn't selling as well as Coke and diet Coke. The ad shows a 30 second version of an action packed James Bond film showing of Coke zero. We analysed the ad and found that it had several clever moment which compared bits f the James Bond films to Coke zero such as the shape of the women. We also analysed so camera positions and reasons why the ad thought we should buy the new Coke.
